Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is not required to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer conciliation body under the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz). In accordance with Section 36, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters, it hereby declares that it is generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer conciliation body.
